The foodservice Partnership is an alliance of trade professionals all of whom have had significant experience in the Catering and Hospitality sectors across the UK and Europe. Our expertise allows us to give you robust strategic advice, knowledge and insight.

Ian has extensive Operations, Brands, Marketing and Purchasing experience across many sectors of the Foodservice industry, in senior roles up to Board Level with both major global companies (at board level) and local caterers.

Peter has a wealth of experience in contract catering and the food service industry, at all levels of food, food production and through to senior, board level management with Sodexho. His passion for food has led to him establishing a cookery school called Adventure Gourmet.

James has worked in the hospitality sector frmo hotels to the NHS as well as in marketing for multi-national food manufacturers. Formerly Foodservices Account Director at Clark & Taylor Advertising, he now runs Market Interface Ltd.

Steve is a Non-exec Director of the Foodservice Partnership. His current role is Director of Channel Strategy and Legal Advisory Services for Croner Consulting a division of Wolters Kluwer; His extensive experience in foodservice includes Unilever brands Birds Eye and Walls Ice Cream, and Coca-Cola.

Peter has extensive Sales experience in foodservice, including senior positions at CPC Bestfoods and Sales Director at Heinz Foodservices. He now heads Peter Ridges Associates Ltd, and Sales and manufacturing business.

Ivor's career started after college and State University of new York with Fortes. As Catering Controller for Pontin Holidays he was responsible for the purchasing, recruitment and menu organisation for 39 holiday centres in the UK and Jersey. In 1984 I set up my own company, which deals mainly in purchasing, kitchen planning, problem solving and event management for the catering industry.

Rob has extensive sales, marketing and general management experience in the food service industry, including Nestle, United Biscuits and Masterfoods. Responsibilities included up to main board functions at Nichols Foods including Joint Managing Director. His main role now is helping his customers focus on profitable growth.
